Eventbrite is the only official place to buy ticket to The Drop Festival. Our official resale facility, Tixel is the only other authorised source. Resale is not currently open.

Don’t buy from any other sources including Viagogo and Gumtree or you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket, often at an inflated price that will not get you through the gates on the day. Scammers actively use fake Facebook accounts to target people looking for tickets, beware!

The Drop Festival is not responsible for any ticket purchased from unauthorised sources. We will cancel any ticket codes we believe have been duplicated or tampered with.

How much are tickets?

Adult (18+) - $109 + BF*

*BF: Booking fee

Does my name need to be on the ticket?

Yes! We require all names on tickets, matching your ID. Security will be checking this on the day and if they don’t match you won’t be allowed into the event.

Shortened names (e.g. Dan for Daniel) or typos will be allowed but nicknames will not.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

To protect all buyers and sellers, we do not offer the option of simply processing a ‘name change’. This is a measure we have introduced to reduce scalping and ensure ticket purchasers are not scammed when buying second-hand tickets.

If necessary, you can transfer names on tickets on the official re-sale facility Tixel, no sooner than 6 weeks prior to the event.

If you have arranged to sell or give your ticket privately to a friend, you can simply list the ticket for sale and before the final confirmation (in step 4), select the 'private listing' option. You can then send the private ticket link to the new ticket holder.

Changing or transferring names later will cost an admin fee.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Ticket sales are final and there are no refunds on ticket purchases, including if you have simply changed your mind or can no longer attend. Our full refund policy can be found here:  Terms & Conditions.

Tickets may be resold securely using Tixel, our exclusive re-sale facility, when re-sale opens.
