The World Surf League is returning to New Zealand for the newly announced Piha Pro as part of the WSL Challenger Series in 2020.

The combined men's and women's events will take place in March 2020 at the iconic Piha Beach, Auckland and will attract an international field with some of world’s best surfers coming up against New Zealand's talent. 

The event will offer equal prize money to men and women has also been confirmed for the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
